Brassicales and Brassicaceae: Progress in Large-Scale Phylogenomics. The phylogenetic relationships among most tribes in the family Brassicaceae and some families across the Brassicales remain poorly resolved. The current progress towards resolving these relationships from large-scale phylogenomic analyses utilizing Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies will be presented. In addition, we will present data providing more insights into genome size variation across the Brassicales and the phylogenetic localization of key paleo-polyploid events. Broader Impacts:
